Great, but slightly smaller (2) bedrooms, 1 bathroom (ugly-ish) upstairs. beautiful floors. Two bedroom windows leak pretty well. eventually need to re-do all the windows.
Downstairs open room w/1 bdroom, 1/bath. big closet. garage has lots of storage space. big yard with crazy tree in the back.
