Great starter
Smaller kitchen, nice living room. Huge split level backyard with beautiful views, but needs a fence on two sides.
Downstairs has no bathroom.
Up on a big hill.
Rooms with all have great view
Question of Floor and Floorboards not connecting in the living room (structure problem?)
To Campus: 5 minute walk to bus, 8 minute ride
To BART: 10-15 Minute walk to/from
